Order Confirmation

Before we proceed with your order, our team discusses all important details with you. This may include dress design, color, size, measurements, fabric details, customization, delivery timeline, and payment confirmation.

We make sure that you are fully satisfied with the order details before your dress is sent for preparation.

Order Cancellation Within 3 Days

If you confirm your order and then request cancellation within the next 3 days, your order can be cancelled.

In this case, your payment will be refunded through the same or agreed payment method.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method, bank, or payment service provider.

Cancellation After 3 Days

After 3 days of order confirmation, your order cannot be cancelled.

This is because your dress has already been sent for preparation, production, or customization. Once the making process starts, fabric, material, labor, and design work are already involved, so cancellation is not possible at this stage.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns after the order is completed and delivered.

Our dresses are made with proper discussion, confirmation, and customization according to the customer’s selected details. Because of this, returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, color preference change, size details already confirmed, design changes after confirmation, or personal preference after delivery.

Customization & Customer Satisfaction

At Ranosh Threads, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Before placing the final order, we discuss the dress details properly with you so everything is clear before production starts.

We may discuss customization, measurements, style preferences, and other important details to make sure your order is prepared according to the agreed instructions.

Once the order is confirmed and processed, changes, returns, or cancellations may not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive an item that is damaged or different from the confirmed order details, please contact us as soon as possible with clear pictures and order information.
