If you confirm your order and then request cancellation within the next 3 days, your order can be cancelled.
In this case, your payment will be refunded through the same or agreed payment method.

After 3 days of order confirmation, your order cannot be cancelled.
This is because your dress has already been sent for preparation, production, or customization. Once the making process starts, fabric, material, labor, and design work are already involved, so cancellation is not possible at this stage.
We do not accept returns after the order is completed and delivered.

Because of this, returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, color preference change, size details already confirmed, design changes after confirmation, or personal preference after delivery.
